答：美国Q1签证，是2013财年推出的一个临时工作签证，专门针对来美从事一年新职业的工作者发放的移民签证. Q-1 visa is a new immigrant visa category for foreign nationals coming to the United States on temporary， nonimmigrant status in order to do work that is of "brief duration" and related to five areas：
1) cultural exchange programs sponsored by nonprofit or government organizations;
2) international charitable efforts sponsored by an organization， including religious groups;
3) educational activities at accredited U.S. institutions；或4) support services for the above three types of activity(e.g.， teaching English);或者5) providing support for certain federal programs such as those dealing with refugees， medical workers treating victims of natural disasters， and other forms of relief。
A person who wishes to apply for a Q-1 visa must either have been sponsored by one of these organizations to come to the U． S． under this program or be already authorized to work temporarily in the country， but whose current employment will not extend beyond their scheduled stay in the US.
